What is Auto-Ship?
Auto-Ship makes it easy to stay consistent with your provider’s recommendations. Choose monthly or every-3-month deliveries. Quarterly shipments qualify for Free Shipping.

Can I cancel or pause my Auto-Ship?
Absolutely. Log into your Auto-Ship portal or contact us at (888) 939-3767 or email support to make changes anytime before your next order ships.
Do you store my credit card info?
No. We never store credit card information. All payments are processed securely using bank-grade encryption through our payment processor.
Will insurance cover these products?
Not currently. Most insurance plans do not cover natural supplements or nutraceuticals. However, if you have an HSA or FSA card, you may be able to use it for eligible purchases, subject to your plan’s eligibility requirements.
Can I pay with HSA or FSA?
